Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation on a team
Tell me about a challenge you faced at work
Tell me about a time when you had a difficult interaction with someone at work
I really don't know how to answer these questions as I don't have examples and my work is pretty straight forward and doesn't involve much up and down. Should I make up something, but I can't even make up as I don't see around me or maybe I'm not good at telling stories.
Somebody please give me more ideas or examples.

I have spoken with many emerging leaders like yourself, and a large percentage of them also have communicated how difficult it can be to illustrate great leadership ability and/or success while working within normal, 'straightforward' work environments.
That is why these leaders partner with our organization, USA Leadership Corps (www usaLeadershipCorps org) . USALC partners with pre-MBAs who are looking to build their consulting, leadership, and/or community-involvement resumes by leading part-time volunteer nonprofit strategy consulting projects.
Our professionals are ultimately able to highlight several impressive leadership accomplishments on their b-school applications because of their participation in our group.

This reply is just not helpful to the OP at all. Nicboy, you say your work is straightforward but unless you're punching holes in paper all day, I find it hard to believe you can't come up with some stories. What about dealing with an irate client or co-worker? What about dealing with a situation where someone else's mistake was pinned on you? Maybe someone in your team took credit for work that you actually did? I know the last 2 questions deal with the work environment, but take a look at your extracurriculars for the first question. I'm sure you can find a story or 2 there. I'd check out some books on the MBA application process if you haven't already. The sample essays included in some of the books will be a good starting point. best-mba-books-99173.html
Lastly, I wouldn't lie or make up stories. Seems to me that almost all adcom can tell a genuine story from a fake one. Best of luck!
