I would definitely be more results oriented, and really try to condense down the part about specific job functions. You should show how you've shown leadership in your role, and your projects, and what type of initiatives and the impract they've had. Your resume should be more impactful and say "wow, he's really had an impact, has great leadership, and has results". Use lots of action verbs (google: action verbs resume) and quantify your results (made $x dollars or saved $x dollars etc...). Listing responsiblities is not very enganging, and will not catch the adcoms eyes.

I would also recommend that you have your resume reviewed by the career center at your alma mater if possible. The resume is an important aspect of bschool, b/c it will show them how you present yourself on paper (very important). I would also recommend that you look up "resume books" from top schools on google b/c this way you can see what the best and brightest do on their resume's.

Good luck!

This is great advice. If I were to add anything, I would recommend that you avoid using industry jargon. It is okay to do this when you are applying for a job in your industry. However, you run the risk of confusing AdCom members when your terms are too industry-specific or technical.
