Could some one please tell me, on what is the minimum eligibility / qualification to appear for GMAT?

If you are from India, you need a valid passport.. That is your qualification to appear... Whether you are prepared or not is another story..

Nope.. I don't think anything of that sort is necessary... As long as you can prove that you are the person you say you are and pay the $250, PearsonVue would be happy to let you take the test...

Liked that!! ... or even better, Pearson/GMAC would love to have your $250 as long as you can prove you are a valid human being with valid identification.

Nope nope. Open to anybody. Although graduation is required to apply to an MBA program.
