I need a good answer for the following question:
What would you say are the applicant’s key weaknesses or areas for improvement?
Would it be ok to write that the applicant does not always freely talk about its thoughts and ideas in a team work? I mean like he/she rather waits until anyone else brings up something..
F.ex. XY has great ideas, however, sometimes he/she does not always openly express his/her opinion... and so on; and then try to say something like he/she still tries do make a lot of valuable contributions to discussions (when he/she is certain about a specific topic/fact.) --> maybe levae that in the brackets out
Or is that a real "lack of leadership/self-confidence"? It's not for an MBA application, but for a pre-experience Masters in Management at a b-school.
