Hello guys,
I’ll be giving my first GMAT this month.
On the FAQs it’s mentioned that the scores are automatically sent to the schools short listed by us.
How does that work? What about the other admission requirements? Like Essays etc.
Do we need to send them the applications again? Each school charges a hefty amount for applications.
It’s quite confusing.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Hey ahumne ,
Looks like you are completely new to the GMAT world. If that's the case, Welcome
To answer your question, once you reach the examination centre and sit for the exam, you will be asked to choose 5 schools that you want to send to them for free.
Once you select those schools, your exam will start and you will do every other thing to reach 800.
Post the completion of all 4 sections, you will be asked to either cancel or accept your score.
If you accept, it will be shared with all schools you selected.
Now, once the exam is done, you need to separatly go to each of the schools and check the application requirements.
Once done, you will have to fulfil all those by writing essays, asking recommenders to send LORs, submitting resumes , submitting huge dollars for applications, etc.
Does that make sense? Feel free to shoot 1000 questions.
