Hello Gmat Club,

It’s been an incredibly difficult few days. Last week I was arrested for a DUI, thankful that no one else as involved or hurt- the greatest things on my mind other than how deeply ashamed I am and how much I’ll have disappointed my parents is- how hard I’ve worked for admissions into an m7 school this fall and how it’s likely going to be taken away. I made a huge mistake and I understand I’ll have to pay the consequences.

I know this may not be in most of your purviews, and of course I don’t expect reassurance. But I was wondering if any fellow bloggers have come across this before or knows of anyone and if anyone has any information at all on disclosure and the points kroll/re Vera/etc background checks search for (I assume criminal is #1 even though not noted). I had looked through the application and there was nothing outlining disclosure in the app, however like most- in the policy it’s noted that they have the right to rescind admissions should they learn of behavior showing lack of judgment.

I really thank anyone for taking the time to read. There is nothing I can do to change the past, but right now i can only plan for the worst and be prepared. Really praying hard.
