I've just begun shortlisting colleges for my MBA and I'm a little confused on how high I should aim in terms of colleges.
I'm planning to apply to a few safe schools - AIM in Manila and a few in India (where I'm from).
Apart from these, I'm not sure what my reach schools should be. A little about my profile -
Age: 25
Experience - 2 years in advertising + 1 year in retail marketing (should be about 2 years by the time i go to college in 2021) + 1 gap year where i did a few projects/internships in the not-for-profit sector.
Undergrad degree: BA
GMAT score - 690 (Q44 V41) and I'm planning to give it again. Hoping to get 710 or 720 if i can.
Places I'm looking at: Asia-Pacific, Canada, Europe
I did a few LinkedIn searches to understand the profiles of people selected for schools like NTU, ESADE etc and the results were quite demoralising. It felt like everyone was somehow more qualified with their IT and consulting experience.
Any ideas on which colleges i should aim for?
