Hi ppl!
As I states above, my overall and IR is super so I accepted the score. turned out my awa is wack.
Should I retake or not?
FYI
1st time 740 IR8 AWA5
2nd time750 IR8 AWA4
Do you guys think school will consider the fact that I have scored AWA5 in my first test? I have heard that some schools only look at a score with highest overall
Applying to HBS, Stanford, Booth, MIT, Wharton, Columbia, kellogg as well as LBS and Insead. I am an applicant from Japan but attended US school.

There is no difference between a 740 and 750(except number). However, other aspects of your application will influence the decision in the schools that you plan to apply. Good Luck!

Hi. Schools do not care about your AWA score really. It does not come up in any rankings or other methodologies and with GMAT Online there was no AWA for a good 1.5 years. Everyone survived 
I would apply with 750 and you can report both scores so they can see them but it is unlikely that they would be influenced/swayed by an extra point on AWA and most likely won't even know/pay attention to it since you will be reporting your score on the application and that's what they will be matching.
My guess is your applying R1 next year?
