Should I retake GMAT? As my QA was heavily penalized with just 2 questions being wrong

Most of the B-schools prefer good work ex, unless your GMAT is extremely high to make exception. 
Ideally focus on gaining some work-ex, or reattempt w a target of 705+

As per your target schools you should gain some full time work experience.
However your portfolio is quiet a diverse one, you should probably get into the race.

H S G (University of St. Gallen)  is a smart addition that most applicants overlook. The German-language environment and Swiss business ecosystem is distinctive. Worth prioritising alongside HEC.

I N S E A D MiM  is your most ambitious target. INSEAD's MiM is one of the most selective pre-experience programmes in the world. Your GPA of 6.6/10 and 655 GMAT sit below the competitive zone for INSEAD's typical admitted profile. Treat this as a reach and apply only if your other applications are strong.
