Is there any upper limit on the number of years of work ex. For example if an individual is having a work ex of say 95Months, in that case will his chances for an admit to a top school are less or Schools just don't care for the upper limit?
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Schools would still be concerned about high levels of work experience because it touches upon two of the great questions:
1) Why an MBA now?
2) Is the candidate employable?
1) Schools might be curious why you did not seek an MBA earlier like a "normal" candidate. If you have waited so long, what makes now the ideal time?
2) Schools might be concerned that employers believe that your thinking has become ossified. Thus, you would be more difficult to employ than another candidate since firms might believe it would take too much effort to force you to unlearn your old ways and learn this firm's way of business. This view might be unjustified but stereotypes have amazing persistence despite the intrusion of reality. This is actually a counterpart to the fear the young applicants would have too little "real world" experience to be considered employable by major firms regardless of the candidate's other strengths.
Note that 95 months is within the 10th-90th range of some elite and ultraelite schools such as Duke and Penn.

Schools do care about how much work experience you have and they will be somewhat concerned when an older applicant has a lot more experience than most participants in their programs. Your level of experience is clearly more than most schools' regular MBA programs. They may wonder if you wouldn't be better off in an [urlhttps://www.accepted.com/mba/emba.aspx]EMBA program[/url]. They will also be extra critical of your goals. They need to be cystal clear and realistic for someone with your level of experence.
