Please suggest which path to choose for being able to apply for both IB and Consulting Companies at the end of MBA.
I collected the below data from kellog website.
I was also wondering comming from a non finance background, ( Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, IT ) how difficult or easy the transition would be to get along with the rest of the class.

The IB courses sound right. The consulting courses should be more focused on strategy, not arcane financial areas (derivatives). Accounting should be prereqs for both. I would also suggest a excel-modeling course, as simple as it sounds, for either of the paths.
No issues on engineering to either of those career paths, done by many folks before you.
