This is just one man's opinion, but presently speaking, I believe you have zero chance in securing an MBA admission from Tuck, Booth, Kellogg, or Wharton. In fact, any reputable MBA admission is going to be super tough because of the value placed on work experience. Olin has a Young Leaders program (0 WE) where I think the averages are somewhere around 3.7/730, but I wouldn't recommend a MBA at this point your life. You have no work experience to use as a backdrop for learning or adding to the discussion. In the long run, you'll be far better off getting a MSA, going Big 4 for 3 years, and then applying to top MBA programs. A MBA is one of the few great career reset buttons available, why burn it before you've even really started?
With a decent GMAT score and your GPA, you should have a shot at any MSA program in the country. Don't over pay for a MSA, any good program will get you into Big 4. If you're in Illinois now, look at UIUC.

Hard to judge.
Some schools started restricting the age of participants to 25 and up.
The programs you mention name the option for students engaged in leadership activities in university and have an outstanding academic background with an extraordinary GMAT result. If you think about applying you certainly need to work out where the set of skills come from. Also you need to Score in the 98. Percentile >750 on the GMAT.
My advice is to take the GMAT and score >700, if you really think you can.
Apply at companies offering programs that include 2 years working and a sponsored MBA. They will be happy to find motivated young people and you have the option to save money and learn something to be able to contribute during the MBA.
Look into the big players (Consulting: eg MCK, Boston; Audit: eg Ernst&Young; Banking: eg DB; Global Operators: Exxon), where you're interested in.
