GPA: 3.3 with BS Business Administration, Concentration in Management Information Systems (from top 30 undergrad b-school)
Certification: Certified Scrum Master (software development methodology)
Work experience:
2 years: Member of selective development program for technical leaders within insurance company.
- Selected as class speaker to senior executives and was promoted during first round of promotions
- Assigned project lead role within year-long team immersion
- mentor for classes that matriculated to program after myself
1 year+: Technical project manger
- aligned to flagship, high-visibility project, with 1M+ in portfolio
- manage multiple teams of developers across portfolio
- promoted within 1 yr of holding role
Extracurricular activities:
- involved with women in technology group within company
- self teaching programming languages related to projects i am leading at work

Thank you for posting your request here.
Your profile looks good and you have an opportunity to prove how you have been able to prove yourself as an individual (technical project PM) and as a leader/mentor in such a short time frame. I have always mentioned that experience in PM offers you a lot of opportunities to prove how you are a team person which is a very important quality for any future MBA candidate.
I would suggest that you target 730+ to be on safer side for the some of the schools that you have mentioned. Let me know once you have your GMAT score.

Like Oasis mentioned, strong profile. Great technical experience. This will come down to execution of your application and how well you articulate what you want to do with your MBA and how the MBA will help you achieve that goal.
Not sure how you pared down your school list, but I'd encourage you to throw in some reach schools too because you'll never know what happens.
