I am applying to schools for enrollment in Fall 2022. As I try to figure out desired landing location for some of the short answers, I am having trouble finding which of the management consulting firms would hire directly into their sustainability groups and ever-expanding esg consulting. While McKinsey Sustainability, Bain Sustainability, and BCG Social Impact & Sustainability seem to exist, I am unable to find any information on whether these firms hire generalists or if any would hire directly into sustainability.
Do you know of any of the major management consulting firms that hire directly into sustainability? I have also searched Strategy&, Deloitte, EY Consulting, and AT Kearney, but I am unable to find any information on this topic. Any help would be appreciated. I would prefer not to just mention MBB in my application, especially when I do not know that any of them hire directly into specialties like that.
