IMO, none of the answers choices are correct.

Option C, D and E can be instantly eliminated for the incorrect usage of "and" and "which" respectively.
In option B, the compared pronoun "that" is singular and may refer to only singular noun in the sentence "height". But the comparison is between "Masai warriors" and people in most other countries of the world. and, hence, "those" should be used.

If I've to pick an option, I would pick A, although still incorrect, assuming the word "people" is omitted, with the sentence intended to read as follows:

The renowned Masai warriors of Kenya are among the world's tallest people, with an average height over six feet, several inches taller than [people] in most other countries of the world.
