Great question and took me a few minutes to solve:
POE:
A) Sentence is a bit vague. One meaning could be - Television is employed to connect people and businesses. Another could be television is used to connect people... Businesses also use television to do X
B) IT is vague
C) Correct
D) Just as clause is modifying a noun which is incorrect
E) Television is not similar to tribes of our ancestors lol
