NOTE: THE MEANING IMPIES THAT THE WARRANT WAS ISSUED FOR HENRY URICK AND A FEW OTHER PEOPLE .

C and E are incorrect because of the use of “and” to join a phrase to a main clause. The comma alone is enough in such situations.

The use of “for” in D makes the sentence awkward. When we remove the non-essential modifier, we get “A warrant was issued by a New York Prosecutor for the arrest of Henry Urich, until recently chairman of the mobile telecommunications company Telecom for eleven other people connected with his family business.” D is therefore not the best choice.

A is also incorrect because “including” as used in this context modifies “eleven other people” and this doesn’t make sense. If we consider that “including” is preceded by a comma, then it modifies “until recently chairman of the mobile Telecommunications company Telecom” which doesn’t make sense either. Hence it can be eliminated. Besides, including means that something is part of a a group. So it’s use here suggests that “eleven other people” have to be part of an already mentioned group, which is not the case here.

B is the right answer in my view. The use of “along with” appropriately joins “..Henry Urich along with eleven other people connected with his family business.”
