Any collective noun, such as a company, class, etc. must be referred by a singular antecedent.
Error Analysis:
1. Plural word "they" incorrectly refers to singular word "Davenport Oil & Gas Company".
2. Twice the plural word "their" incorrectly refers to singular word "Davenport Oil & Gas Company".
Process of Elimination:
Option C is the only option that doesn't contain the errors pointed out above.

A company or any collective noun as such must be referred to as by a singular antecedent.
i.e. is/it/was should be used to refer to company/army/team/class etc..
Note - “a class” of students is singular
And “the classes” in school are plural.
It depends upon the usage of the collective noun, too.
So, be on the lookout.
With this understanding, and with a good reading eye,
We’re left with option C) here as
All others have “they” in it, as an antecedent, which refers to the noun “company”.
