1: technically it is following parallelism.
2: It's simple preset so B,C,D,E out.

In 1990’s, there are more babies born by women over thirty years old than under it.
What is the justification of use of Present Simple when we are talking about the past period "In 1990's"? Could we explain use of P.S. here as the sentence says sort of common truth?
The comparison, perhaps, should look as follows:
In 1990’s, there are more babies born by women over thirty years old than those born by women under thirty years old
Could we use "it" to refer to "thirty years old"?
