Meaning issue, Tense, Proper construction :
Two things are happening simultaneously , as the lock down progress , misbehavior only gets worse. Both the actions should be in proper tenses.
we need AS to show simultaneity, correct format should be something like this : AS x happens y only gets worse.
Options:
A) I fear that as these weeks of lockdown drag on, this sort of surprise misbehaving and mistreatment of others will only get worse:CORRECT , in the expected format :AS x happens y only gets worse.
B)I fear that these weeks of lockdown drag on, this sort of surprise misbehaving and mistreatment of others will only get worse: AS is required to show that both x and y are happening simultaneously. INCORRECT
C) I fear that these weeks of lockdown dragging on, this sort of surprise misbehaving and mistreatment of others will only get worse: I fear that these weeks of lockdown dragging on clearly improper construction. INCORRECT
