When addressing a plural word, are is used. 
In the above sentence, is explaining about stock price which is singular

My answer is  (A) . It took me 41 seconds.

First split: "are sufficient" VS "is sufficient".
Because the subject is "the market forces" (Plural), choose "are" and eliminate (BCE).

Second split: "are subjected" VS "is subjected".
Because the subject is "the movements" (plural), choose (A) and eliminate (D)
