Hello Dipu10,

We hope this finds you well.

To answer your query, Option E is incorrect because the phrase "plastered by light yellow plaster" illogically implies that the plaster did the act of plastering the walls; the intended meaning is that someone plastered the walls, using the plaster.

When we say that "something was done by X", where X is a noun, we typically mean that X did something.

When we say that "something was done with X", where X is a noun, we typically mean that something was done in a way that involved X.

We hope this helps.
All the best!

anyone clear me out why C is the right answer them refers to the walls
seriously

'C' corrects the error of preposition, subject verb agreement and pronoun. Because plaster is done over the wall, so 'plastered over' is the correct use. Verb 'robs' refers to 'plaster'(singular) and pronoun 'it' and 'its' refer to 'the walls'(plural noun) so 'it' and 'its' should be replaced by 'them' and 'their'.
