This increase in chemical quantity in the food chain, has led to increase in the risk of bio-accumulation and the risk of developing sarcomas.
A. increasing the risk of bio-accumulation of these toxins in fatty tissue and to result - Not parallel to each other
B. with increased risk of bio-accumulation of these toxins in fatty tissue and resulting - the author wants to show cause and effect but "with increased" does not justify this relation well.
C. and their increased bio-accumulation in fatty tissue, which results - similar reason of cause and effect mismatch, using and makes the sentence more of a fact than .
