Some gardening books published by Garden Path Press recommend tilling the soil and adding compost before starting a new garden on a site, but they do not explain the difference between hot and cold composting. Since any gardening book that recommends adding compost is flawed if it does not explain at least the basics of composting, some books published by Garden Path are flawed.

My Prethinking: Some books of publisher G do not expl hot & cold composting.
any book without basics is flawed, therefore some books of publisher G are flawed.

This means that basics of composting should include explanation of hot and cold composting.This information is the missing link we are trying to find out.
We move on to answer choices now:-
The relevant are C and D which are in someway addressing the hot and cold composting theory.
