We are not told about bacteria's presence in the juices of other companies or what methods they use - Eliminate
(B) McElligott’s apple juice is less likely to contain infectious bacteria than are McElligott’s citrus juices.
We are told that ME's apple juice was initially linked with bacterial infections and ME's citrus juices were not linked to any bacterial infections. Does pasteurization of ME's apple juice bring the bacterial level below that of citrus juice? We don't know that - Eliminate

The choices boil down to D and E.
Imo E
D just presents information form the argument without any new information, so this choice is a trap.
E is correct answer as this information is deduced form the argument. Hence it has to be 100% correct.
A is just out of scope we do not know anything about other companies' juices.
B This information is not correct.
C It is actually tricky. But there is no information in the argument regarding this. Why it has to be McElligott’s citrus juice it can be any other company's juice as well.
