The option which correctly explains that is;
(A) In removing the asbestos, millions of fibers are likely to be dislodged and sent into circulation in the air.(Correct, if removing asbestos will contaminate whole air its going to be more harmful than said.){Correct}
(B) Asbestos removal is a hazardous procedure, posing significant health dangers to those who perform it.(Though it shows the dangerous effect of removing asbestos, but its limited to the workers or people who are into the action of removing asbestos) (Incorrect)
(C) Fewer than one person in a hundred who breathes asbestos contaminated air is likely to contract a respiratory ailment as a result.(Again showing the positive effect of asbestos stating its not that harmful even if a person get into the contact of asbestos contaminated air)(Incorrect)
