It has to be E because we are looking at an alternative reason as to why people prefer visiting retail stores because of the commonly bought items

When mailing packages, many people choose to go not to the post office but to a retail store that provides mailing options, though at a slightly higher cost than that of the post office. I do not agree with answer because we are just talking about ppl who choose to go to retail can also be rich and they don't care about money.
