Now we are given that this 75 will form a minority part of the total number of cars purchased by the residents.
Hence total number of cars purchased by residents will be > 100.

- Lets say Regis motor sold 100 cars last year (which is greater than the sale in any of the previous years)
- Lets say it sold 75 to residents of Blomenville (which covers that most were sold to residents)
- Think of another year where the sale was 80 and whole 80 was bought by Blomenville

(B) The total number of new cars purchased by residents of Blomenville was greater last year than it was in any previous year.
