People who move to urban areas make other changes in the diet as well - so we cannot prove that it is sugar which causes the dental problems.

There are people living in isolated agrarian regions , where they eat the locally grown produce and consume very little sugar. Those who have consumed those little sugar are people who develop dental problems, and not dentures in old ages, as they are more common in Urban areas.
However, throws a contradiction. Even though such dentures are not common for those living in agrarian areas, when these people migrate to urban areas and adopt to high sugar diets, they develop dental problems often.
Though it’s not suggestive, that its sugar which caused dental problems. However, as ______________.
We need to fill the blank. It’s not sugar but some other feature associated with the urban setup has caused the problem.

The option speaks about genetic factors, irrespective of the genetic makeup, high sugar intake might eventually lead to dental problems and dentures in old age, whether u stay in rural or urban areas. Hence, wrong.
