Kelly packed 40% of the boxes and Chris packed 60% of the boxes, therefore the ratio of the number of boxes Kelly packed to the number of boxes Chris packed is 40/60=2/3.

Choose some NICE numbers that meet the given information.
Let the TOTAL number of boxes = 10
So, Chris packed 6 boxes, and Kelly packed the remaining 4 boxes.
Ratio of the number of boxes Kelly packed to the number of boxes Chris packed = 4 : 6 = 2 : 3 = E
