We need to find two sets of information here:
1. Houses that lie in the age group of 5 - 10
2. Houses that lie in the age group of 4 - 8
Note that we cannot find out the second information as we do not know seperately the number of houeses that are 3 and 4 years old.
Hence we cannot find information 2.
Therefore the value cannot be determined.

However, if it was given in information 2 that, the number of houses that are more than 4 years old, then we can find out the values.
