Dear Funambulist

Can you elaborate what exact basics you arent aware of?
CAT quant is also difficult not sure how will that help you..
Try MGMAT foundation book if your Math is too rusty.

Hope that helps.

seemachandran I am struggling with LCM GCD questions, Remainders, Divisibility and so on.

Actually, overall I am not facing such difficulty but I found number property a different ball game altogether. Please suggest how should I study this topic!!

Few tips from my gmat prep so far :)

1. Go thru Manhattan concepts, solve the questions at the end of the chapter. This will give you the gist of pattern of questions of particular topic
2. Go thru GMAT Club Math Workbook as suggested by Bunuel, there are some practice questions at the end of topic
3. Check your comfort level now- are you able to understand pattern of questions, are you able to think of an approach to the questions etc.
4. As per your comfort level start solving some 500-600 or 600-700 level questions from GMAT club.

Hope this helps!!
