in 1 hour they cover 50 miles.
after 1 hour they will be 70 miles apart - 7.00 AM
after 2 hours they will be 20 miles apart - 8.00 AM

now the Q can be how many minutes does it take for a 50MpH bicyclist to cover 20 miles?

speed * time = distance

speed = 50mph
time - X Hours
Distance = 20miles

50X=20
X=2/5

2/5 hours is 24 minutes
8.00AM + 24 minutes is the answer
