Answer is D :644
Solution : Total number of students studying both are 423 + 226 - 134 = 515 (Subtracting the 134 since they were included in the both the other numbers already).
So 80% of total is 515, so 100% is approx. 644.

Total second year students= 226+423-134= 515
515 is 80%. So 100 %= 515*100/80= 644 (approximately)
D is the answer
