Easy one.
Under root (16pi/3) ~ 4
Under root (5) >2
Hence, 4+2 = 6 is the approx answer. E is the correct answer.

Question is find the value of
\(\sqrt{(16 \pi) / 3} + \sqrt{5}\) ?
So \(\pi\) = ~ 3.14 and ~ 3 is good enough here, we know \(\sqrt{4}\) is 2 , so for 5 is slightly more than 2.
so substituting these values, would give , \(\sqrt{(16 * 3) / 3} + \sqrt{5}\) = ~4 + ~2 = ~6
