Female workforce = 92 million (ie, 46% of 200 million )
Male workforce = 108 million ( 200 million - 92 million)
Total workforce taking 1 week vacation = 50 Million ( 25% of 200 million )
Quote:
20% males = 21.60 million male employees take 1 week vacation...
So, Female workforce taking 1 week vacation is = 28.40 (ie 50 - 21.60 )
Hence correct answer will undoubtedly be (E)

Why can't we calculate the following way:-
We know 25% took 1 week vacation.
Out of 25%, 20% of male workers took 1 week which is = 21.6 million
Now, out of the remaining 25%, 5% is for female workers. So, 5% of 92 = 4.6 million.
Thus, A.
