25 miles per second = 25*60*60 miles per hour
By using halving and doubling method we have,
25*60*60 = 25 * 36 *100 = 50*18*100 = 100*9*100 = 90000
Hence option E is correct

Unit Conversion:
\(\frac{25 miles}{1 second} = \frac{25 miles}{\frac{1}{60*60} hours} = \frac{25 *60*60 miles}{1 hour} = 90000 miles/hour\)
