Plotting the figure roughly on a graph we can conclude that PQRS is a parallelogram.
Hence area of parallelogram = b *d
Here b = 9 and d = 3
Hence area = 27

On plotting the points on the x-y coordinate, we see that it forms a parallelogram.
Area of parallelogram = Base x height = 9 x 3 =27
Answer D.
