The key to cracking the problem is pointing out whether we can find more than one coordinate with integers
A.y=2x
(1,2) ,(2,4) multipleinteger coordinate possible hence out

B.y=√2∗x+1
(0,1) is the only point which has both x and y as integer points

C.y=1/x^2−1
(1,0), (-1,1) hence out

D.y=1/x^3
(1,1) ,(-1,-1)

E.y=(−1/x)+1
(1,0) , (-1,2)
Hence imo B

Y = sqrt(2) * X + 1

Any integer value of X, other than X = 0, that we substitute in for X will result in a Y Value:

Y = 1 + Non-Integer

Which will result in Y = NON-Integer

Thus the graph of that given line equation will only have ONE Integer Pair or Coordinates = Y-Intercept =

(0 , 1)

(B) answer
