Easy question, but be sure to take the profits and losses correctly

A. Division A for 1991–1993...... 1.1-3.4+1.9=3-3.4=0.4 
B. Division A for 1992–1994...... -3.4+1.9+2.0=3.9-3.4=0.5 
C. Division B for 1991–1993...... 2.3-5.5+4.5=6.8-5.5=1.3 
D. Division B for 1993–1995......  -4.5+3.9-2.9  clearly more than 1
E. Division C for 1992–1994......  -6.6+5.3+1.1=6.4-6.6=-0.2

We are not looking for a positive or negative value..
It is like a modulus that is the closet distance from 0

Option A : 11 - 34 + 19 = 4

B. -3.4+1.9+2.0=-3.4+3.9=0.5  A is better
