S4=(S3)^{-S2}=\((\frac{1}{2})^{-2}=4\)
S5=(S4)^{-S3}=\((4)^{\frac{-1}{2}}=\frac{1}{2}\)
S6=(S5)^{-S4}=\((\frac{1}{2})^{-4}=16\)
Therefore, the answer is E.
