Useful property :
no. of machine * time * rate = work
5 * 5 * R = 5
R = 1/5.
Now we can use this rate to find out the required time:
no. of machine * time * rate = work
100 * T * 1/5 = 100
T = 5.
Thus the best answer is B.

if 5 machines finish 5 widgets in 5 minutes it means per machine does 1 widget in 5 minutes.
Rate of 1 machine = 1 widget/5 minutes.
so if 100 machines work together the machines can finish 100 widgets in 5 minutes.
