Given
In this question, we are given that
    • Of the 20 people who won prize money, 7 have come forward to claim their winnings

To find
We need to determine
    • The percentage of the people who have not appeared yet

Approach and Working out
Out of 20 people in total, 7 appeared to claim their winnings
Hence, the number of people who did not appear to claim their winnings = 20 – 7 = 13
    • Therefore, the required percentage = 13/20 * 100 = 65%

Thus, option D is the correct answer.
