Given a=150%b, this can be rewritten as:

a=1.5b; apply multiplication on both sides,
2a = 3b

Thus, with 3b, a=2 or 200%

We have the equation:

a = 1.5b

2a = 3b

2 = 3b/a

200 = 3b/a x 100
