Let the number of tourist went to exactly one place =a
The number of tourists went to exactly three places =c
Now,
132 =a +2×12+ 3×c ----(1)
100 =a + 12 + c ---- (2)

Subtracting 2 from 1
32= 12 +2c
C= 10
Putting this value in eq 2
a =78
Option D is the correct answer

Total = Europe + Asia + Australia - (Exactly 2) - 2 (All three)

100 = 44 + 49 + 39 - 12 - 2( All three)

=> 2(All three) = 120 - 100

=> 2(All three) = 20

=> (All three) = 10

Exactly one place: Total - (Exactly two) - (All three)

=> 100 - 12 - 10 = 78

Answer D
