Limiting case ..
let each had 75
Then number of people = 1100/75=14.66
Now actually denominator is less than 75 so number of people will be more than 14.66.
Min value for the same will be 15

smallest # of people in the group = 1100 /75 = 44/ 3 = 14 + 2/3 = 15 since # of people is an integer
