Max time in which he can reach (When speed in the lowest possible @ 40) = 280/40=7 hrs
Min time in which he can reach (When speed in the lowest possible @ 60 for 120 and 80 for 160)=2 hrs+ 2 hrs = 4 hrs
So all combinations in between is possible
