Note that the questions asked for approximate difference in hours.
Time taken by Cyclist A to travel 1500 miles = \(\frac{1500}{19.9} \approx \frac{1500}{20} = 75 \text{ hours}\)
Time taken by Cyclist B to travel 1500 miles = \(\frac{1500}{15.1} \approx \frac{1500}{15} = 100 \text{ hours}\)
Number of hours Cyclist B cycled more than Cyclist A = \(100 - 75 = 25\)
Answer is C.
