Explanation:

Perimeter of Square: 24x4 = 96
Perimeter of rectangle: 96x (66.67/100) = 64
2(Length + Breadth) = 64
Length + 14 = 32
Length = 18

Area = LXB = 18x14 = 252 m²

let the perimeter of the rectangle = p
then p = 66 2/3 % of perimeter of square of side 24 which means

p = (200/3)(1/100)(4*24) = 64

let length of the rectangle equal l
then

2(l+14) = 64 which gives l as 18.

so area = 14 * 18 = 252

Given that, the side of square = 24 meter
So the perimeter of the square = 24*4 =96 meter
Perimeter of the rectangle = (200/300) * 96 meter = 64 meter
Now, Perimeter, 2(x + 14) = 64, Length = x meter
X + 14 = 32
X = 18
Area of rectangle = Length * Breadth = 18*14 = 252 square meter(B)
