• Area of Unit D \(= 15,500\) square feet.
• Thus, the combined area of Unit B and Unit D \(= 58,800 + 15,500 = 74,300 \)Square feet.

Let Unit D occupies x% of the total area.
=> 15500 = (x/100)* 140000.
=> x = 15500/1400 = 11.07% ~11%.
Area of Unit A + Unit D = 42+11 = 53% of 140000
= 74200 sq. units.
Closest to the above is : 74500.
